Buff Boys 716 provides mobile car detailing services. Results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.

2. Booking & Appointments

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept agreed-upon payment methods (cash, Zelle, Venmo, etc.)
• Failure to pay may result in refusal of future service

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee

5. Weather Policy

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, snow, or unsafe conditions.

6. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer

• Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage
• We are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, stains, tears, or damage
• Some stains, odors, or imperfections may not be fully removable

7. Liability Limitation

Buff Boys 716 is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Mechanical or electrical issues
• Damage caused by faulty or aftermarket parts
• Items left inside the vehicle

8. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
